She has come full circle back to consulting. Mercè has lived in several countries and has 2 degrees, 1 masters degree and 1 postgraduate qualification. She has studied business studies, public management & administration, international business and is a level 7 fellow chartered marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Mercè tenaciously pursues business performance and gets a real kick from finding growth opportunities for clients. She is highly-regarded in the b2b sector, working with businesses from software and technology to engineering and FMCG. She also works with businesses looking to start or increase exports to Iberia and LATAC nations. Finally, as well as being nominated as an IoD Young Director of the Year, she has won awards for account-based marketing, digital innovation and lead generation performance acceleration.
Steven is from the North West of England and has spent many years working up and down the UK, especially in London. He is an ex-Finance Director with 25 years’ experience from corporate to blue chip. He has led transformation programmes, has a track record of consistently increasing financial returns and managed teams across multiple locations and time zones. Steven has worked with boards and management teams, as well as non-finance leaders from sales and marketing to operations and finance.
He studied finance & accountancy and is a fellow chartered accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. His work experience includes insurance, retail, legal, IT and telecoms with further work across engineering, manufacturing and financial services. His motivation comes from creating structure where there is none, accelerating performance and improving business outcomes. Steven relentlessly pursues continuous improvement. He is also a fierce advocate of social mobility and defying expectations.
